With over 25 years of being engaged in the financial services industry, both as an Advisor and Leader, Doug prides himself on the positive impact that he has left on clients and fellow financial professionals. Entering the life insurance business in 1995, following graduating from California State University, Chico with a BS in Business Management, he found success by following a proven formula. This Relationship Focused model lent to building a wonderful clientele and developing amazing relationships with fellow financial professionals with whom he had the opportunity to work with. In his leadership capacity, Doug has found great success in helping identify and develop some of the great leaders in our industry. “Seeing others succeed and influencing the community in which our clients and financial professionals reside allows for our efforts to provide exponential impact.”
Now, as Managing Partner of TierONE Financial and Insurance Services, Doug has a dual focus. In his financial services practice, he focuses on working with Closely Held Businesses and Families with their Business and Estate Planning Needs. Additionally, a continued focus on Wealth Management and Retirement Planning is proving to be more and more relevant as our community ages and prepares for retirement.

Doug lives in Roseville, CA with his wife, Kendra, and three Children, Jake, Bryce, and Rylie. He enjoys spending time doing anything his kids are involved with, golfing, classic cars, and an occasional glass of red wine. Additionally, he sits on the boards of the Positive Coaching Alliance, Sacramento and NAIFA Northern CA.
